While you are welcome to be at home during the cleaning, it is not necessary. Our trusted and professionally trained staff can access the property as per instructions provided and will secure the property after the cleaning is complete.
For a more efficient cleaning process, we recommend removing any personal belongings and ensuring clear access to areas to be cleaned. The home should be empty of furniture and personal items for optimal results.
